About Us
AneVa Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative startup focused on developing cutting-edge power electronics solutions for renewable energy, energy storage, EV charging, and high-efficiency power conversion systems. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Power Electronics Engineer to join our team and drive the development of state-of-the-art technologies that will shape the future of energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of advanced power electronics systems, including DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, and AC/DC topologies.
- Optimize power converter performance through simulation, prototyping, and testing.
- Conduct design calculations for power loss, voltage/current stress, and component selection.
- Develop innovative control algorithms for power electronics using DSP and microcontroller platforms.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital closed-loop control systems for converters and UPS platforms.
- Define and execute test plans to validate design specifications and regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex hardware and firmware issues during development.
- Perform system-level testing, including thermal management, EMI/EMC, and stability assessments.
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including schematics, BoM, simulations, and test procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in power electronics to guide future product development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, specializing in Power Electronics or Control Systems.
- Hands-on experience in power electronics design and system development.
Skills & Expertise
- Proficient in designing circuits with Si/SiC MOSFETs, and power management ICs.
- Expertise in PCB layout for high-current (300A), high-voltage (2000V) systems with EMI/EMC compliance.
- Knowledge of thermal management, creepage, and clearance for HV and LV traces.
- Experience developing firmware for power converters using embedded C/C++.
- Proficient in real-time applications with MCUs like ARM Cortex-M, DSP (TI C2000 and STM32).
- Skilled in CAN, SPI, I2C, UART protocols, and debugging tools.
- Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, LTSpice, and PSIM for simulation and testing.
- Strong understanding of control theory, compensator design, and stability analysis.
- Experienced in reliability analysis, derating, and FMEA.
